Wearing tight clothes, which describe the shape of the sexual organs, is not accepted for both man and woman. However, if he/she prays in such clothes, provided that they cover what should be covered from the body, the prayer is correct. But it may become disliked if it will cause violation to any of the conditions or elements of salat or if it will lead to temptation if a woman prayed like that in the presence of strangers.

This is the opinion of many scholars such as Imam al Nawawi, Ibn Qodamah, Saleh al Fawzan and others.
