(The Islamic group statement regarding the events of Dahab.)

The empty circle and to deem lawful all the blood .

We thought that the circle of bloody violence and the random explosions that grind us under its teeth has finally disappeared and vanished, but unfortunately it came back again to broil us all with its heat. The bloody explosions happened in the city of Dahab last Monday evening made us circle again in the same empty circle, the circle of deeming lawful all the blood, Muslim and non-Muslim, with no legal proof or support from the qur'an and sunna.

The Islamic group was terrified by what happened so it announces clearly, what has been announced before many times by them, their condemning and refusal for these events and deeds which, are not accepted, and denied by law and the intact intellect as well. So tell me, honestly, is killing tens of innocent Muslims in every explosion considered from Islam? The last commandment of the profit Mohammed, peace be up on him, in his farewell pilgrimage “your blood, your money, and your honor are all prohibited for you as the forbiddingness of this day in this month in this town “the maximum forbiddingness, but who reads and understands; Some people may say that we want to kill the foreigners and not muslims ,We will tell them that the tourists and visitors’ blood is also protected by the legal safety represented in the passport, the visiting visa and the tourism companies, visitors as well as all the modern safety phases that agreed upon by all the modern age scientists.

What did the children gain to be killed? By which laws are women or old men killed. Where are we from Allah's Apostle, peace and blessings be upon him, who said many times “Don’t kill a child or a woman or an old man” that was during war, what about during the time of peace, and what about those who trusted our pledges and came to our countries because of these pledges which are called in the legislation as the “legal safety”. Breaking or undoing these pledges never relates to Islam. Islam or Muslims never knew treachery or betrayal all over their ages so the random explosions represent this ugly treachery.

Some people may say that the countries of those, who were killed and injured, fight Islam and the Muslims. We will answer them that the citizen has nothing to do with the policy of his country, since when the simple citizen is a policy maker, where are we from the words of Allah “every human will be only asked about what he has done” and his sayings “No one will be asked or punished for others bad deeds” these verses proceeded the human law thousands of years to put an important rule which is “the personalization of punishment”.

The truth that all the Muslims thinkers and scientists agreed upon is that these explosions are religiously prohibited.

It is very clear to anyone 'who can see' that Islam or Muslims didn’t gain anything out of these violent deeds, on the contrary it only brought evil to Islam and Muslims as well as their bloodshed and the ruin of their houses, putting thousands of them behind bars and the prorogation of the call and invocation of Islam with the disfigurement of its image and the image of the callers to Islam. Time has come for all to do their responsibility towards these random explosions.

It’s time now for us all to get out of the circle of condemning to the circle of work, construction, and positive deeds to siege these violent actions and to do away with it.

Hence our vision to this matter is summarized as follows:-

First: It is time for the Islamic movement with all its parties and directions to take a clear and honest position against these violent actions that is because the purity of doing what is right, that the Islamic movement calls for, becomes turbid by what is happening here and there, lest the violence, explosions and conflict should be inseparable or attached to the movement although most of its members refuse this violence. However this refusal should be translated into actions and situations, the Islamic movement has to be aware that these violent explosions will destroy 'firstly' the reformation plan that the Islamic group adapted to reform the society.

Second: We should act to direct the speeches, call for Islam, and not to let the pulpit… any pulpit, be a window or a place for excitement and rage especially for the youth who are under great psychological pressure under this wicked and strong attack against Islam and its people around us.

It is the Job of the caller to Allah to work for treating the nation’s diseases through a constructive language not a destroying one, language that gathers not to scatter, to preach not to frighten and call for what is possible, not to count on what is impossible.

Third: We hope, after the effect of these explosions will disperse, the field is widen in front of the callers who refuse and deny the explosions and violence but call for the compromise of Islam, to practice their role in spreading the correct Islamic awareness among youth, no doubt that youth needs to be sit with, to be discussed and listened to. Whereas they don’t need those who scare them or curse those who are responsible for the explosions; the cursing way will never get any benefit but the scientific, practical sound explanation for these matters proved its activity and use.

Finally we ask the Islamic youth to fear Allah in their countries and never to be a tool for fear but to be a message of safety to all people. Present Islam fresh, clear, alive and make it close to the hearts and don’t present or show Islam to people through these explosions, which will bring hatred for you and Islam as well, don’t be a tool to tear nations, look carefully to the condition of Iraq, we don’t want Egypt to be like Iraq today or yesterday.

Be sure that these explosions never serve Islam one day or never serve any case of our vital cases. They never help the case of Palestine and now you see Hamas refused these explosions.

Oh, Islam youth, if you don’t learn from the quran and the Sunna, learn from your previous failure experiences, with such explosions, know about your time and days, to go on the right way, and if you couldn't get lessons from these three things you will never ever learn. That is what we don’t want for our youth.
