Jihad

Jihad is seen as a movement of liberation from all kinds of slavery. Rabea bin Amr said " Allah the Almighty has sent use to make people worship Allah instead of worshipping men and from the aggression of believing in misleading religions to the right religion ".

Jihad is for liberating people and giving them the opportunity to express themselves. It is for establishing justice among people and respecting their dignity , Jihad come to make the word wider and giving people abridge to cross towards the Here after not to leave the word and live for the Here after . Jihad come to make a balance between the life and the Here after " But seek , in that Allah has given you the Here after , and do not forget your portion of this life , and do good , as Allah has been good to you , and d not seek corruption in the land surely Allah does not love the corrupt ". (Surah 28 – 77).

Islam has imposed was to ensure the liberty which Allah the Al might has enjoined for all people. Islam does not accept aggression on other people or taking their rights. Islam itself does not accept to spread through coercion or being imposed over peoples. The people should choose Islam freely. It they choose some thing else and want to live in the Islamic state they should respect its low and it is a right which all laws stick to.

Fighting in Islam has a function of removing all shapes and kinds of slavery and worshipping except for Allah. It seeks to remove ally kinds of coercion on people to choose and believe in a specific religion. No doubt that calling unto Allah and enjoining. Islam should not be through coercion and compulsion, but it should be through the evidence and the proof. If enemies of Islam let it spread through the logical way of argument without putting obstacles no drop of blood will be shed and Islam will seize all minds.Islam adopts all convincing peaceful paths which people adopt to spread their ideas and beliefs. It adopts ah way like giving speeches in communities and messages to kings and leaders of other states and also sending delegation. Islam has constituted Jihad through "No compulsion in Islam (religion) "(Surah 2 -256(

This Aya (verse) which Allah has revealed on His prophet (PBUH) when some Ansar (those who supported the prophet (PBUH) when He immigrated from Mekah to Maddinah) come 40 the prophet to force their sons who were Jewish.

Islam is a movement for liberation not coercion. This low controlled Muslims through their conquest. Those who believed in other religions were still adapting there own religions in Islamic countries since Islam entered it till now.

Jihad as being a judgmental right in the Islamic Jurisprudence:  

Islam has put Jihad at the height of its construction and its identity because of Jihad's vital role in keeping Islamic construction safe from the attacks its enemies. Jihad helps set free and liberate people to look deep at Islam without coercion.

Jihad for the sake of Allah completes the alliance of Judgmental rights which Islam imposed them to deal with the facts and organize the life.

As being a Judgmental right which Allah has ordained, it has its regulations fields, Judgments, which are in detail, reasons, conditions and hindrances. All these elements are taken from what Allah has ordained, not from our thoughts, feelings ore revolution.

As long as Jihad comes out from the Islamic Jurisprudence, these are some elements and ideas to be put into consideration.

1- It is a (1) "Fard kifayah " and this conforms with the vision of Islam of employing the abilities of the nation and that was assured in the Quran " And it is not for the believers to march forth totally but a party of every section of them should march forth, to become learned in Religion and to warn there people when they return back to them, that they should guard themselves against evil."( Surah  9 – 172)

It is strange to find people who see that Jihad is an obligation which should be performed by all Muslims on land .They believe that training for using weapons is fard Ein"An obligatory duty which should be done by every one"

2- Jihad for the sake of Allah is determined in different positions i .e .Islamic countries being invaded or conquered, those who witness fight, when the soldiers meet each other and those who are appointed by the Eman (leader) to practice Jihad.

3- Jihad , as being a Judgment , has the five degrees of its liking  i.e the necessity , the preference , banning , being hated and being accepted ore may be done what ever Jihad is for removing harms or seek for benefits or whatever it is can be done by only few members or done by everyone. The condition of Jihad and its kinds are the determiners of those Judgments.

4- Jihad implementation needs several points like the legal reason from the point of view of Islamic Shariaa and the absence of its hindrances which stop Jihad without these conditions stop Jihad and make it illegal in Islam.

5- Jihad for the sake of Allah is subjected to the legal rule of Shariaa which assures that Allah the Almighty has Almighty has given the judgments and also he gives their hindrances and motivation – Jihad has been constituted in situations and has been stopped in other situation . Like the contract of Zemma which stop Jihad for those who are the people of the books.

6- The details of Jihad's judgments are varied according to the people whom Islam has made it accepted to be fought. We should not treat all enemies like the treatment of disbelievers as there is a difference between disbelievers and other enemies Shariaa has put different Judgments to that them , so the book of Fekeh give different chapters for fighting disbelievers , those who reversed to kufr  disbelieving after being Muslims , the people of the books and those who are tyrant.

7- Jihad for the sake of Allah is related to:

(a) The ability to apply it as without this ability there would be a lot of adventures and mess which lead to violence and calamity.

(b) Achieving the profits and removing the harms we mean by profits those who concern the Omma (nation), so these profits should not be wasted or exposed to dangers to achieve the profit of same individuals.

We should realize now that applying Jihad should be adopted by those who have all knowledge of Sharia to apply it to remove harms and achieve profits.

Jihad is sacrifice, redemption and preferring others to oneself and the hereafter to life.

We think that mentioning Jihad and redemption and Sacrifice side by side is a matter which does not need more proof or explanation. There is nothing dearer than the souls, property and time of Mujahdeen which they introduce willingly, for the sake of Allah and His word And that reflects the steady belief and faith the triumph over One's desires and needs this triumph is the logical introduction to practice killing against enemies who want to spread evil – doing.

If Jihad is connected to sacrifice, it does not mean that Jihad is not like any kind of gambling or based killing without reaching the noble Islamic goals the idea of sacrifice in Jihad is related to the general profit of the whole entity of Muslims.

When the one who devote himself to Jihad prefers the profit of the hereafter to the profit of his life, he also prefers the profit of others to his private profit. There is no sacrifice without goals and no Jihad with out its scene.

At the time of crises the majority of people say myself  and my profits but the Mujahdoon say our nation and our religion we should not forget how the companion of  the prophet (PBUH) were accepting  Jihad as the bridge to their relief and the paradise.
