Islam dealt with the idea of war by a realistic view .Islam has admitted the existence of it without denying it. Islam has realized that the nature of man would lead to conflicts and fight. It also leads to trials in the religion.

Islam has constituted wars to face these ideas of greed and aggression and in the same time Islam imposes regulations and  restrictions which highlight the great Islamic values like " Justice " , "tolerance " , "Mercy "and "Passion " . The greatness of Islam emerged when the cruelty and violence which were practiced before Islam.

Islam has given its own vision of wars. How could it be? Whom to be killed? Islam has refused to follow the barbaric plans which permits kill the children like some of the ancient pharaohs "…. He said, "we shall kill their sons and spare their women, and surely we have a strong hold over them "(surah  2 - 127)

Islam also refused the Tartars policy which calls unto destroying everything on land. Land they felt proud as they shed more blood.

Islam has made wars have morals as it invites the armies to behave well through a sophisticated philosophy.

The philosophy of discrimination between the warriors and the civilians during fights

The most prominent features of that vision of Islam towards humanity and wars is the distinction between the warriors and the civilians this distinction meant a lot.

1-     The war in Islam is not for revenge, it is a war which aims at ending or destroying the enemy completely.

2-      Islam respects the human soul and never seek to kill people without reasons, the reason for killing people should be necessary for the profits and guidance of all people. It seeks to stop aggression on others. Ibn " Taimia said "He who kills and transgress should be fought without fighting those who do not fight Muslims

"… And fight in Allah's cause those who fight you , and do not transgress  ".(surah  2 - 190)

The distinction between the civilians and the warriors shows that Islam is careful about respecting the humanity which Islam wants to kill people? It was logical that Islam ordains it armies not to kill those do not fight Muslims.

Those who do not want to fight Muslims Islam dose want them to be killed. Also, Islam dose not practice coercion on them to believe in Islamic morals a leave out their religions and morals .Islam wants to give these people the opportunity to enter the Islamic construction after thinking carefully of their ideas.

No doubt that, not killing those who do not fight Muslims is a proof that we believe that they may accept the Islamic morals as they refused or did not want to fight Muslim.

Stop fighting them and leaving out killing them proves the passion of Islam and its.

It was proved that prophet ( PBUH) did not allow , He ( PBUH) forbade killing any of the cattle's or sheep as it is considered spreading evil on land " And if he takes over he strives to spread corruption in the land , destroying harvests  and killing the human race and Allah dose not love corruption "(surah  2 - 205)

When Islam is against killing animals and birds, what do you think of the man?

Some people say that, those people whom we do not kill may fight Muslims later as they were not killed.

Emam AlKassany said "If the disbeliever is one of the warriors, whether he fights Muslims or not, he is to be killed. If he is not from those who fight Muslim really or attack Muslims by opinions or spurring others on fighting us, he is to be killed "others on fighting us, he is to be killed."

Jihad and the Wise Prophetical choices

The Wise Prophetical choices dealing with the realism:

The second part: AL Hijra (Emigration) it means leaving the non _ Islamic countries for the Islamic ones or where you feel save to practice your religious acts .All people know about the Hijra of the prophet (PBUH) to Medina followed by his companions and Muslims.

Before the prophet ( PBUH )went to Medina He ( PBUH ) ordained his friends and some Muslim as he ( PBUH ) said " you 'd better go to Habasha where you will find a fair king who will not transgress you or anyone .  It is a good land till Allah the Almighty gives you a way out"

Ibn Qedama Al Maqdsi (may Allah bless his soil) said "Hijra is going on till the last day for the majority of Islamic scholars other scholars believe that it dose not exist" He approved of its existence. He divided the people in their Hijra (Emigration) into three categories:-

1-     The person who is obliged to do it. He is able to do it as he cannot practice his religion among the disbelievers

 "Those who accepted oppression for themselves, surely when the angles seize their souls saying "why have you accepted this oppression?" they shall say, "Was Allah's earth not enough for you to emigrate from that oppression? So these it is whose abode is Hell, an evil resort"(Surah 4 - 97)

 This is a threat from Allah which obliged those people to emigrate to where they can worship Allah and set up His state on land.
