Islamic State and Hereditary

Dr. Nageh Ibrahim‏.. Our Islam does not confess the religious state at all, although this controversy is still raging at its peak on this point.

The religious state has one of two meanings:

Either that the governor Rules in the name of God.

Either the governor infallible.

And our Islam did not know throughout its history these meanings.

This is Abu Bakr says in the first sermon after his succession: “I haven been your governor and I'm not the best person” This is of humility and respect with his people and his flock.

He also says: “obey me in case of obeying Allah and His Messenger,” This means that obey of governor is vested in its commitment to the legal legitimacy of the state Or respect for the law and the Constitution. The law here in the Islamic state that talked about it our master Abu Bakr is the Koran and the Constitution of the State and the year of the Holy Prophet Law is detailed and explained to this Constitution.

Are there any one rule in the name of God, such as Omar ibn al-Khattab, who had about 21 patch in his garment , in the same time he ruled nearly half the globe?.

Are there any one  rules in the name of the god and sleeps under a tree and in the same time some one comes who surprised his sleeping under the tree and says a summary of the philosophy of governance that made him sleep without a guard, “you ruled , make justice, been safe so you sleep safely”.

Are there any one claims infallibility, such as Omar ibn al-Khattab, who was told by a woman by his mistakes in the case of the dowry and said  in  his diligence, science and courage “woman is right and omar is wrong, all people are more right than you, omar”.

He always takes stock of himself, saying: “What do you say to your Lord, O tomorrow”.

 But The Velayat-e faqih Not known to the people of sunna, which is related only to  Shia. No priesthood in Islam, nor the clergy nor the mode between the slave and his Lord Islam is not known duplication of authority, even in small family. either what about  the country Islam  do not confess with spiritual guide who lead the country over the head of state and tell him and tell him to cancel the orders of others.

Some might say:

But there have been breaches of the principles of Islam, after the era of caliphate.

I say:

Yes, there are many violations . For example, the full  leadership  only derives from the era of prophecy and the age of four caliphs.

So what else so  the subject of role models it is agreed with sunna and quran and  What is violated is from injustice and oppression and in the same time hereditary rule, “is reback, forbidden” reback on his owners and not from Islam at all. And such as the issue of hereditary rule This is an issue rejected by Islam and are unacceptable.

This is Abu-Bakr died and did not rule and inherited his children

And Omar ibn al-Khattab refused to be his son, one of the the six of them companions will choose  caliph or consult for the selection of the caliph.

And Othman bin Affan had not inherited any of his children.

 Ali also did not inherit any of his children.

So Almighty allah  has been estimated to the prophet  (peace be upon him )not to have male child so as not to confused Muslims and driven by their passion about the late Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) to a succession of his son .Indeed, Islamic law has made prophets not to be inherited.. in case They had money  it must  reverts back to the Muslim house of money.. As stated in the Hadith:

The prophets did not leave behind dinars and not dirhams.. but inherited the knowledge.. who took  them he will be luck and take plenty. “All of this is to deny the idea of inheritance completely  either in the government nor other

So the Prophets do not leave behind them  power or money.. But they have inherited a knowledge  .. And daawa and quran published in the prospects.

Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) died  and the shield was mortgaged with a Jew.. The world offered to our prophet but  he refused to accept what the Lord  refuse and hatred s he is master and creator.

Hussein  had quarreled with yazied to reject the idea of inheritance and he died as a  martyr in order to deny this evil.. The result was that the continued series of succession after that.. Had Hussein, may Allah be pleased with him in his quest to end this series at all.
